Welcome to the 2025–2026 Warhawks Youth Cheerleading Association Season!
We are so excited to officially welcome your cheerleader to the squad! This is a fantastic group of girls, and we’re truly looking forward to an amazing season ahead.
✅ What’s Needed to Confirm Your Spot:
You've already completed all registration paperwork prior to tryouts — thank you! To finalize your spot for the upcoming season, we just need two things:

Review & Acknowledge the Parent/Athlete Agreement
Each cheerleader has a question to respond to at the end of the agreement. -
Submit Your Program Fee of $275.
This covers uniforms, shoes, insurance, gym rental, and other program costs.Payment options:

Please complete both steps within 48 hours so we can begin placing athletes into squads and move forward with uniform orders.

💲 Payment & Fees Policy
All program fees must be paid in full prior to uniform fitting. If you need a payment plan, arrangements can absolutely be made — we just ask that you contact us in advance so a plan can be agreed upon before fittings.
If payment presents a challenge, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are committed to working with families to find a solution that supports your athlete's participation.

👟 Footwear Requirement
All cheerleaders are required to wear white tennis shoes for practices and game days. We will send out a recommended style for those who wish to match, but there is no specific brand or shoe that must be purchased. Please choose what works best for your athlete and your budget — as long as the shoes are white and athletic-style. We strive to provide a high-quality, inclusive cheer experience and appreciate your communication and cooperation.
Uniform Fitting & Meet-the-Coaches Event
Tuesday, October 7 - Tentatively for now
This will be a fun opportunity for the girls to take pictures, meet their coaches, and spend time with their squad! We’ll have two fitting stations to keep things running smoothly.
Practices:
Tuesdays | 6:15–8:15 PM at Cherrington Elementary
Practice schedules will be shared closer to the start of the season.
Cheerleading Kickoff
Saturday, November 1 | 9:15–11:15AM
Location: The Dance Space
This is our kick off event and we highly encourage everyone to attend! We’ll wrap up our dance, introduce new material, and coaches will have special goodie bags for the girls.
Picture Day
December 7
We’ll align this with your cheerleader’s game schedule that day.
